Accepting a higher offer with deferred payments is also tax smart. Instead of paying 52% tax on the full amount, you’ll only have to pay 10% because you’re receiving the agreed sale price over 5 years.

Partnerships can be structured in a variety of ways. We can carry work out for a stake in the business, make a cash investment to transform internal processes, or buy you out once transformation has been completed. You also have the option to buy back shares from the investor once things are running smoothly.

When selecting opportunities, I look for companies that have been successfully trading for a minimum of 3-4 years+ with online sales in the region of £1m+ per annum, and whose owner has thus far been unsuccessful in their efforts to maximise potential.

I began my career in Photography and Video Production in 1999, before digital cameras and really, the internet as we know it today. For the last two decades I have surfed the waves of change, watching trends and evolving my expertise and business to meet changing customer expectations.
