In that time I’ve learned that most businesses don’t fail because of a bad product or a lack of effort. They stall because something specific is blocking them, and the owner is too close to see it. Finding that blocker and removing it is what I do.

What I look for: I typically partner with businesses that have been trading for 3-4+ years, are turning over around the million mark or above, and have an owner who knows the potential is there but hasn’t been able to unlock it alone. Online businesses are my strongest suit, but I work with bricks and mortar operations too.
